Beautiful Hair, by BIOTA Autoship Program Terms & Conditions
AUTOSHIP:
This Beautiful Hair, by BIOTA Autoship Program (“Autoship Program”) allows Biota to automatically ship their products to you every three months. It’s a convenient way to ensure your Biota products arrive regularly and that you never run out, saving you the hassle of having to reorder each time you need to purchase more products. By signing up for the Autoship Program, you are agreeing to the following Autoship Terms & Conditions:
AUTOSHIP PROGRAM ACCOUNT:
In order to sign up for the Autoship Program, you must have a valid e-mail address and Credit Card and/or Debit Card. You may sign up by visiting Autoship information page.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:
I authorize Biota to withdraw payment for my Autoship Program order(s) from my credit card(s) supplied at the time of signup for the Autoship Program. Biota is authorized only to withdraw payment equal to the amount of the products, applicable sales tax, and shipping and handling of products that I order, or the Autoship Order Customer orders I have selected. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Biota. I shall hold Biota harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account. I understand that I will be charged for a three month supply at a total of $119.97 upon enrollment and understand that if I do not cancel my subscription that I will be charged $119.97 every three months thereafter. Biota reserves the right to change its prices associated with its products without notice.
AUTOSHIP PROGRAM PROCESSING DATE:
To ensure your Autoship Program Order arrives on time, Biota may run your Autoship Payment up to 3 days prior to your Three Month Autoship Date. This is done as a precaution for situations where your order falls on a weekend or holiday, or for weather related issues, etc.
ACCOUNT MODIFICATIONS:
To change Autoship Order selections, method of payments, or the authorized amount, a new Agreement form must be submitted to Biota or changes can be made online by editing your Autoship Account Profile. Changes MUST be submitted at least 30 days prior to the Three Month Autoship Date. If more than one Autoship Agreement has been submitted, the most recent agreement will supersede all previous Agreements.
TERM:
This Autoship Agreement will remain in effect until you: (1) elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting a new signed Autoship Agreement or by changing your Autoship Profile online; (2) send, in writing, your cancellation of this Agreement to Biota at BIOTA INTERNATIONAL LLC, 369 Lexington Ave, New York, New York 10017 (Notice must include your signature, printed name, address, and email address).
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of Autoship Orders can be done by emailing customerservice@biotausa.com or through your online Autoship Profile. Notice of cancellation MUST be received at least 30 business days before your Three Month Autoship Date in order to avoid charges for that month. If a cancellation notice is received after 30 business days before your Three Month Autoship Date, cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which, your notice of cancellation is received by Biota. Cancellation will stop all future shipments of that order/item. To resume your Autoship Order after you have cancelled it, you will need to renew the Autoship program.
Biota reserves the right to update and/or revise these Autoship Terms & Conditions at any time. If Biota makes any material changes to the Autoship Terms & Conditions, Biota will provide notice via the e-mail on file during Autoship Program signup.
